One on One Training
60 Minute Personal Training Session.
Every exercise circuit is designed to advance you from one muscle group to the next designed to build strength, tone, and endurance without adding any unnecessary strain to the body. Mobility and active recovery are built into each circuit to prevent injury and to keep you going.
Bring a Friend
Same as the One on One Training Session.
but with a friend with similar goals and ability.
Virtual Personal Training Sessions
Train with me virtually from the comfort of your home or any destination. Virtual Personal Training sessions are designed to fully recreate the in-person experience. I will coach and motivate you throughout your remote session to ensure proper form and technique.
To enhance your experience you will need a mat, several weight options, and long and mini resistance bands. Feel free to improvise!
These sessions are available in Zoom or FaceTime.

Certified through NASM and AFAA, I also hold specialized sub certifications with, TRX, Pre and Post Natal, Functional Movement Screens (FMS) and Precision Nutrition.
